Do I need estate plan signing experience?
No! This training is designed to help you build confidence before you’re faced with an estate plan appointment on your own. We’ll walk through the documents, your role as the notary, and the signing process together.
Is this only for Georgia notaries?
No. Notaries from any state are welcome to attend! Because notary laws and requirements vary by state, you are responsible for knowing and following the laws and requirements of the state where you are commissioned.
What should I bring?
Bring something to take notes with and come ready to learn and participate! Training materials and documents used during the hands-on portion of the class will be provided.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Documents will be provided for use during the training so you can follow along and get hands-on practice working through an estate plan package.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Attendees who complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion. The certificate confirms your participation in the training and is not a professional certification, license, or additional notary commission.

All event registrations are non-refundable.
Because seating is limited and materials are prepared in advance for each registered attendee, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
